Ravens J.K. Dobbins Done for the Season!

Per Adam Schefter, J.K. Dobbins‘ MRI confirmed that he suffered a torn ACL in Saturday’s matchup against Washington. Dobbins was injured on Baltimore’s first drive of the game in a rotuine screen pass to the left side. This ACL injury means that Dobbins is done for the season. Many looked for Dobbins to have a breakout season this year coming into his second season in the league. He ended 2020 with 134 carries, 805 yards, and 9 touchdowns.

Look for Gus Edwards to carry the majority of the load for Baltimore this season. Edwards finished last season with 144 carries, 723 yards, and 6 touchdowns. The Dobbins injury leaves a big whole in the running back depth, as the Ravens have very little NFL experience behind Edwards. Look for Baltimore to make a move to bring in an experienced back before week 1 either via trade or free agency.
